l 重新啟動系統之後，MailGates系統應已正常運作。請檢查系統 process 是否正常執行，包括 httpd、mgsmtpd、mgmailerd 以及 milo、mgrcd、ctasd(若有購置Cyren雲端防護模組(原Commtouch))六種。系統指令如下：
# /bin/ps auxw | grep httpd
# /bin/ps auxw | grep mgsmtpd
# /bin/ps auxw | grep mgmailerd
# /bin/ps auxw | grep milo
# /bin/ps auxw | grep mgrcd
# /bin/ps auxw | grep ctasd
若有系統服務未啟動完全，可使用apachectl或mg_ctl.pl程式啟動並管理：
A. httpd
#
/mailgatesl/httpd/bin/apachectl start

l 若ctasd沒有正常啟動，請確認系統 /etc/hosts檔案中的hostname與安裝時指定的hostname相符。

請檢查 /var/log/messages是否有錯誤訊息。如果一切正常，請以瀏覽器開啟新安裝完成的MailGates系統，並以安裝過程中指定的管理者帳號及與帳號相同的密碼登入系統，更新您的密碼。
